I am really gratefully that I have started Geeta’s Diet plan. I have started weight loss diet plan in Feb22nd 2021 , when I was weight 170lb. Today 22nd April , 2 months now I weight 148lb. I have lost 22lb.’ I have met my goal to come down 150lb or less. In 2 months. Her Diet plan changed my eating habits completely. I strictly followed her diet planed, and also doing regular workouts with 30 To 45 minutes run. I highly recommend her diet Plan. Advise if u doing diet plan then please followed the plan don’t try to break it. If you really want to get a Result what you expecting. 2 months is up for me still I do follow her diet Plan to maintain my current weight , which is 148lb. So highly recommend to people who Really looking to Get a result. I have no problem to share my before and after picture to all To see what changed in my body made after Staring the diet plan.
